DOS is a basic coding language. if i have read right it is used for windows

here is how to turn off a computer


shutdown -s -t(put time here in seconds NO PARENTESIS) -c(comment you can leave blank)

i do not remember the DOS code for this but windows has a program that you can turn off your friends computer log them off or restart in the comfort of your own home here it is

1. go to run then type: shutdown -r or remoteshutdown either one should work

2. it will open a program then type the victims ip (it uses LAN ) and hit enter then watch your friend go MAD

To add on what Crimstarter said:

1. To make a batch file, put your code in Notepad and save it with a .bat extension (e.g. file.bat)

2. Remote shutdown is easily blocked by firewalls.
